Guide for Authors
SciSphere – A Grantsculpt Publication

1. Manuscript Submission

Authors must submit their manuscripts through the online submission system available on the Scientific Interdisciplinary journal website. Manuscripts should be prepared according to the guidelines outlined below.

2. Article Types

We accept the following types of articles:

  • Original Research Articles: Comprehensive reports of new research findings.
  • Review Articles: Summaries of existing research with critical analysis.
  • Short Communications: Brief reports of significant developments.
  • Perspectives and Opinions: Insights on emerging trends and future directions.
  • Thesis Spotlight: A brief of your Ph.D. thesis and their direct role in modern technology
  • UG/PG projects: Comprehensive report on your UG/PG research project
  • Viewpoint: A short view point on modern technological development and their consequences
3. Manuscript Preparation
3.1. General Formatting
  • Use 12-point Times New Roman font, double-spaced text.
  • Submit in Microsoft Word (.docx) or LaTeX (.tex) format.
  • Number all pages and use line numbers for easy review.
  • Include figures and tables in the main text or as separate files.
3.2. Structure

A typical manuscript should be structured as follows:

  • Title Page: Title, authors’ names, affiliations, corresponding author’s contact details.
  • Abstract (250 words max): Brief summary highlighting objectives, methodology, results, and conclusions.
  • Keywords: Provide 4-6 keywords for indexing.
  • Introduction: Background, significance, and objective of the study.
  • Materials and Methods: Detailed methodology for reproducibility.
  • Results: Concise reporting of findings with figures and tables.
  • Discussion: Interpretation of results, comparison with previous studies.
  • Conclusion: Summary of findings and future outlook.
  • References: Use style as described in section 5. citation style, as specified.
4. Figures and Tables
  • Figures should be high-resolution (300 dpi or higher).
  • Tables must be editable (not images) and include descriptive captions.
  • Provide figure legends separately.
5. Citation and References
  • Use reference management software (e.g., EndNote, Mendeley).
  • Ensure all citations in text appear in the reference list and vice versa.
  • Reference Style for Scientific InterdisciplinaryAuthors should ensure that all references are formatted consistently according to the following style:
    (a) Journal Articles

    Author(s), Title, Journal Name, Volume(Issue), Year, Page Range, DOI.

    • Example:

    (b) Books

    • Example:

6. Ethical Considerations
  • Authors must follow ethical research practices and declare conflicts of interest.
  • Studies involving human or animal subjects require ethical approval.
  • Plagiarism and duplicate submission are strictly prohibited.
7. Peer Review Process

All submissions undergo a double-blind peer review process:

  1. Initial screening for compliance with journal guidelines.
  2. Assignment to expert reviewers.
  3. Reviewer feedback and revision requests.
  4. Final editorial decision based on revisions.
8. Copyright and Open Access
  • Authors retain copyright but grant the journal a license to publish.
  • Scientific Interdisciplinary follows an open-access model, ensuring free and global accessibility to published content.
9. Article Processing Charges (APC)
  • There are no submission fees.
  • APCs (if applicable) will be communicated upon acceptance.
